She has extensive experience in compliance, leasing, tenant relations, budgeting, contract management, and maintenance oversight. Stella has been a Section 8 Supervisor, overseeing all operations including compliance, tenant screening, lease management, maintenance, HUD regulation adherence, and reporting, as well as a Wells Fargo Fraud Prevention Specialist, and a Regional Manager for multi-family and logistics firms. This varied and complex training has shaped her into an expert at overseeing multiple properties (120 to 386 units) and juggling the nuances of staffing, tenant management, rent collection, inspections, and contractor coordination. She also holds multiple certifications that aid in her dedication to her craft and to helping Rigamax excel.
