



Max Sivohins
Founder
Max Sivohins is the Founder of Rigamax, a boutique real estate investment and advisory firm with current property holdings in North Carolina and Virginia. He has led the creation of a $32.3M investment portfolio since founding the company in 2017. Max is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, having served aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter MELLON in Seattle, WA with key roles in operations and financial management. During his 8 years of active-duty service, he managed budget formulation and funding requests for over 20 acquisition programs totaling $2.1 billion. He brings his extensive experience in finance, real estate, and government contracting to Rigamax, along with an unbeatable entrepreneurial spirit. He co-founded Archie Corporation, a services and supply company with two divisions—one offering IT and Cyber, the other specializing in custom manufacturing and distribution of office, janitorial, and safety products to government agencies. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from George Mason University, is a certified government financial manager (CGFM), a project management professional (PMP), and serves on the board of Jump For Valor, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting veterans and their families. He lives with his wife and kids in Washington, D.C.
